Venue: Birmingham Groves High School - 20500 W 13 Mile Rd, Beverly Hills, MI 48025 (enter off 13 Mile Road or Evergreen Road)

 

Parking: main school parking lot in from of the stadium press box, west side of the school, off 13-mile road but also accessible from Evergreen Road entrance.  Tailgating is permitted but alcohol, illegal drugs and smoking/vaping is not allowed on school property which is video monitored and surveilled. 

 

Game Times: See Below.  Games times are HARD starts (yep, you read that correctly) 

 

 

General Admission Gates: Open at 11:00AM

 

Admissions: $5 per person for all attendees 6 years old or older.  5 years and younger are FREE.  No senior citizen discounts.  CASH, Credit/Debit or Venmo is accepted at the gate. 

 

Field: Stadium opens at 10:30AM for NFWB and Shelby Freshman players and coaches only.  All Home teams utilize the north end of the 50-yard line, and the AWAY teams utilize the south end of the 50-yard line.  No food, snacks, fruit, or drinks, other than clear water, is allowed on the Stadium turf field.

 

Concessions: full concessions will be available for purchase starting at 11AM, or sooner. Birmingham Patriots concessions are run by our Groves HS Freshman Football players and coaches.  No personal coolers or packed food/beverage allowed inside the admission gates.  Concessions accept CASH or Credit/Debit card payment.

 

 

Crowd Management:  Groves HS venue is rented by the Birmingham Patriots and considered a private event (not public) for the parking lots, and all sports fields from 11AM until 7PM Sunday. In the very unlikely event of individual or crowd issues related to prohibited or illegal activity or unmanaged crowd behavior, we will ask for the assistance of the Beverly Hills Police to remove the individual(s) from the property only after attempts have been made to mitigate this situation or allow voluntary exit from the property.

 

Inclement Weather: in the event of inclement weather during games, current teams, playing and warming up, will utilize the building behind the scoreboard and all other players and spectators will need to seek shelter within their vehicles.
